Recruiter Responsibilities:
· Take a “hands on” approach to recruiting by not relying on job boards.
· Source consultants with leading edge, critical skills to fill job listings and build a database.
· Maintain and develop strong relationships with consultants currently on assignment and resolve all issues including those related to benefits, payroll, and performance.
· Recruit, schedule, and interview consultants over the phone to assess skills and match with appropriate client managers.
· Qualify job listings by working with potential and existing client managers and Account Managers.
· Work in collaboration with executive team.
· Present job opportunities to candidates and present candidates to client managers; prepare both sides for the interview.
· Input consultant information and all communication notes into the database, including work history and references.
· Negotiate bill and pay rates.
· Build contacts and relationships through continuing and constructive positive communication.
