3rd Shift Order Selector positions ($14hr, Pompano Beach, Fl)

EmpHire is now hiring for 3rd shift Order Selector (Picker) positions. These positions will run from Approximately 10pm to 10am.  PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION IS OK.  Hours will vary depending on the workload, but candidates should be prepared to work overtime.  Training for the 3rd shift will initially be on the 2nd shift from approximately 3pm to 9pm for about 2 weeks.

Performance Pay - Pay will depend on how fast individuals complete orders.  The faster orders are completed, the higher the pay rate for the employee. Details to be discussed w qualified candidates.

Job Duties - Order selectors drive riding electric pallet jacks through the warehouse and use a headset that tells them where to stop and how many cases to pick.  This is a high-volume, fast paced, physical job.  Candidates must be capable of bending, grasping, walking, reaching, reading labels at a fast pace.  Some cases may be 50+ lbs.
