Position – Raw Materials Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage a staff and ensure that the daily tasks are completed on a timely and safe manner.

To supervise the correct management of relevant warehouses in accordance with safety provisions and group procedures

Verify and maintain records on all incoming and outgoing shipments. Ensure an accurate inventory by following policy and procedures. Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage the Raw material, Packing material and Finished products in warehouse
  • Maintain the warehouse in clean condition in compliance with cGMP
  • Receive all Incoming materials as per SOP
  • Verify the material received and document the receipt following the procedures
  • Coordinate with QA and QC for the sampling and release of materials
  • Organize and store the materials per cGMP
  • Monitor the shelf life of the materials and segregate the expired/retest materials
  • Manage and maintain inventory system
  • Raise GRN for the received materials and share documents with concerned departments

Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelors or Associate degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing.
  • Ability to read and write in English and follow instructions and safety guidelines as per SOPs.
  • This position typically works day shift but responsibilities for this role may occasionally require you to work in different shifts.
  • Must have experience in Excel sheet.
  • Experience in SAP is desirable
  • Experienced with WMS

Physical Demands

  • Ability to perform work while standing, sitting or walking for extended period of time for full shift.
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach or climb while at work.
  • Required to lift, carry, push or pull weight up to 50 lbs occasionally.
