We are looking for a seasoned Software Quality Assurance professional to take full charge of our in-house enterprise software applications.

The Quality Assurance Engineer creates, executes, and maintains: test plans, test cases, test scripts, and regression test suites; logs defects; verifies fixes; ensures that software implementation meets  specifications;

Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience performing software quality assurance for client/server and web-based software applications.
• Strong experience at creating, executing, and maintaining test plans, test scripts, regression test suites.
• Background in SQL, database knowledge and back-end testing
• Solid understanding of best practices in software quality assurance including TQC and ISO/CMM practices and test methodologies.
• Experience in troubleshooting application and program errors.
• Excellent people skills particularly when interacting with developers and users
• Excellent analytical, verbal and communication skills.
• Must possess strong technical writing skills.
• Experience with Automated Test Tools is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to develop solid and maintainable automated test scripts, manual test cases, and QA metrics.
• A strong record showing ability to work closely with developers to resolve issues and ensure that software implementation meets product specifications and requirements.
