Maintenance Person w Sitdown Forklift Exp ($13hr, Doral)

We are looking for a person with maintenance experince and has sitdown forklift experience.  This person will be performing light maintenance in a 350k sqft faciltity.  Duties might include light repairs, carpentry, painting, etc.  Previous maintenance experience does not specifically need to be warehouse related.  Duties will occasionally require the use of a sitdown forklift.
