Entry Level Sales Administrative Clerk ($13hr, Medley)
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sends daily sales update for the current month
- Coordinates with Planners and Account Handlers and sees to it that figures in Daily Sales Updates are accurate
- Attends Daily Production Meeting
- Maintains / Updates YTD Forecasts
- Runs DH Open Order sends updated report to specified recipients
- Cross checks weekly Planned Open Order report sent by Yes To as against POs received and POs on DH Open Order Report
- Monitors/coordinates with Planners and sees to it that agreements in Production calls are followed
- Monitors sample requests by various clients:
- Completes Sample Request Form for record purposes
- Coordinates/Assists in the lab (as needed) while samples are being done
- Ships samples and sees to it that they meet customer specifications & requested date
- Purchases benchmark products and conducts store visits as needed
- Sends NDA to new clients
- Prepares Quote Sheet for Sales Team
- Monitors & coordinates with Finance and sees to it that plates & die charges are billed to the clients
- Attends client’s needs (if possible) when sales rep is not available
- Attends to other request as per need of the sales team
- Inputs POs to the system as sent by the Client and sees to it that details are as per agreement
QUALIFICATIONS
Basic knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook is required.
Must be extremely organized and have the ability to keep extremely accurate schedules, records, etc.
Attention to detail
Must also be able to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
